Cardano (ADA) continues to be the talk of the town as it hits 92% decentralization and is scheduled to be 100% decentralized on March 31, 2021.
According to the tweet by IOG (fomerly IOHK), at the end of March, Cardano will see D, the parameter that governs what percentage of transactions are processed by the genesis nodes, reach 0.

This fully decentralization will make the responsibility for block generation solely that of Cardano’s network of over 1800 community pools.
May have stated that this will make Cardano more decentralized that Bitcoin and Ethereum.
